First Ward Action Council held a lottery on Friday, April 12 at its office on Clinton Street to select tenants for the new Vestal Chalet senior apartments on Route 26 in Vestal. Two hundred and twenty-three applications had been received for the thirty apartments.
Those lucky to have their names selected in the lottery will have their applications reviewed to determine whether they meet the eligibility criteria with the first tenants moving in by the end of April.
